• Civilian Employees working for a Law Enforcement Agency are eligible to join the F.O.P.A.
• Civilian Employees who retired from a law enforcement agency are eligible to join the F.O.P.A

Why You Should Join the F.O.P.A

With FOPA membership, civilian employees working for a law enforcement agency have the option of also obtaining legal coverage by joining the F.O.P. Arizona Labor Council.

All members of the Arizona FOPA have all privileges of membership in the Grand Lodge FOPA.

The FOPA is committed to professional representation and strong fraternal support for law enforcement. We are dedicated to supporting law enforcement employees.

1. Print and sign application form.
2. State Employees - Payroll deduction form
3. Others -Print and sign ACH Form.
4. Write Check for first month dues.
5. Mail both forms and dues payment to:

Membership Options:

1. FOP Membership: $**.00 per month.
2. ALC Legal/Labor coverage and FOP Membership*: FOP $** + ALC $20 = $28 per month.
3. FOP Membership with Retired ALC Legal Coverage: FOP $** + ALC $15 = $23 per month.
4. Current Life Member With Re-employed (by a law enforcement agency) ALC Legal/Labor Coverage - Total $20.00 per month.
5. Current Life Member with Retired ALC Legal - Total $15.00 per month.

*FOP membership is required for ALC legal coverage.
